Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient therapy combining the knowledge of Ayurvedic Medicine, Chinese Medicine and Yoga into a therapeutic massage. These techniques have been practiced for over 2500 years.

Thai Yoga Massage incorporates breath awareness, stretching and deep rhythmic pressure to loosen and elongate muscles. This allows the body to realign itself into its most balanced state.

The massage also focuses on the flow of energy through the meridian lines of the body using acupressure techniques to release energy blocks and restore flow. This provides long lasting effects both physically and energetically.

Thai Yoga Massage takes place on mats on the floor. The client is requested to wear loose comfortable clothing to allow for ease of stretching during the massage.

Hot Herbal Thai Yoga Massage

Hot Herbal Thai Yoga Massage enhances the traditional thai massage experience through the application of exotic herb bundles and heat therapy. The hot herbal essences penetrate through clothes and skin, deep into the muscles and joints, providing both physical and mental relaxation.

These herb bundles have been specifically prepared, vacuum sealed, and imported from Thailand. They contain the herbs of lemongrass, plai, kaffir lime, curcuma, turmeric, galangal, and an additional blend of more than ten exotic herbs that do not have English translations.

Hot Herbal Thai Yoga Massage is an excellent way to melt away muscle tension, improve circulation, increase flexibility, relieve stress, and reduce joint pain and stiffness.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy has been used since Egyptian times to nourish the physical, mental and emotional body. It employs the use of pure botanical essential oils which are aromatic and medicinal in nature.

On the physical level, essential oils help to ease muscle tension, reduce inflammation, provide cellular detoxification, and assist in the healing processes of many acute and chronic conditions.

On the mental and emotional levels, aromatherapy helps to rebalance the brain’s neurochemical system, providing relaxation and stress relief.

The treatment involves an initial consultation and physical assessment to aid in creating a completely customized blend of essential oils.

The oils are then applied through a relaxing massage which stimulates the flow of lymph, while soothing muscles, reducing swelling and detoxifying the system.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a holistic therapy which has been in practice around the world for centuries. It dates back to the Egyptians and has been a popular technique used in Chinese Medicine for thousands of years.

Reflexology focuses on the reflex points of the head, hands and feet that correspond to all of the organs, glands and systems throughout the body.

Stimulation of these points through gentle acupressure techniques helps to remove blockages in the meridian lines, while restoring and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body.

Reflexology is a rejuvenating therapy that revitalizes the body and assists in its defense and recovery from illness or injuries. It also promotes greater mental awareness and reduces stress.

Vibrational Therapy

Vibrational Therapy employs the use of many holistic practices to provide a customized treatment, designed to meet the specific needs of each client.

It includes hands-on and hands-off techniques such as Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Crystal Therapy, Colour Therapy, Holographic Release and more.

Each of these techniques work synergistically at cellular and energetic levels to remove physical, mental, and emotional disturbances from the body. Once cleared, the areas of disturbance are then replaced with universal healing energy to aid in revitalizing and restoring the body to its natural state.

Vibrational Therapy is a relaxing treatment which eases nervous tension, aids the body in its natural healing abilities, balances the energetic fields, and promotes harmony on physical and emotional levels.
